Thomas works in the Southeast Region of West Virginia for Integrity Tree Services. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys nature and being outside.
As a general foreman at Integrity Tree Services, Thomas manages tree service operations. This includes supervising a small team onsite to make sure work is completed safely and efficiently. He assigns and participates in a variety of tasks to keep his team moving smoothly and remove any obstacles in their way. “Overall, as a general foreman at Integrity Tree Services, my role involves a combination of leadership, technical expertise, project management, and customer service skills.”
I wish people knew the level of responsibility involved in managing tree service operations. From leading and coordinating teams to ensuring safety, my role requires expertise in tree removal, project planning, and effective communication. It’s a challenging yet rewarding job that combines leadership, technical skills, and environmental stewardship. A large portion of this position is being self-motivated and maintaining a positive outlook.
What I love most about my job at Integrity Tree Services is the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team. Collaborating with my team members to tackle diverse challenges and achieve common goals brings me immense satisfaction.
