About shaun's Job
As a Foreman A, Shaun communicates with the general foreman about projects, helps lead his team through daily tasks, and receives human resources education as part of Integrity Tree’s commitment to invest in our employees. He has been based in West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Colorado and Michigan in his time with Integrity Tree.
WHAT’S ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOUR JOB?
“Time and dedication. Firstly, time spent training, prepping, listening to the people around you, and watching out for each other, all help to ensure that everyone goes home to their families safe. Secondly, the dedication that your family goes through. I could not do this without them. They are what keep me going.”
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
“I love the challenge. No two trees or job sites are the same. We are given the challenge of getting the job done as a team without supervision micromanaging us. We take our training, skills, knowledge, and pride to every job with us to do it safer and better than our competitors. When you are done with the job and stand back to see what you have accomplished, it brings a sense of pride.”
