Aaron is a General Foreman at Integrity Tree Services. He frequently works on utility projects in partnership with the Holland Board of Public Works. Aaron shares a few details about himself and his work below:
Aaron has worked with Integrity Tree Services in Michigan for 15 years. Aaron enjoys exploring the outdoors and engaging with nature.
Aaron supervises a small team at worksites to make sure projects are being completed safely. He delegates and participates in a variety of tasks to make sure his team can be efficient, which often includes removing any obstacles in their way.
I wish people knew how valuable soft skills are in this line of work. Intangibles like compassion, mindfulness, and motivation are a necessity as a Foreman. To future potential clients, I hope they know how passionate I am about exceeding their expectations. And to those who work closest to me, I hope they know how intentional I am about caring for each one as an individual person, as opposed to just viewing them as my workers.
I love that being outdoors is part of my job. Best of all, I get paid to climb trees!
