Shawn is a Foreman with Integrity Tree Services. He works on a manual crew in the southeast region of West Virginia. Shawn shares more about himself and his work below:
Away from work, Shawn spends much of his time outdoors and staying active. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs with his wife and 5 kids. He’s also a sports fan and can often be found at a game.
As a Foreman, Shawn helps supervise a small team onsite to make sure work is completed safely and efficiently. He assigns and participates in a variety of tasks to keep his team moving smoothly and remove any obstacles in their way.
My job with Integrity Tree Services can be very rewarding. When my crew and I complete a task, it’s always an awesome feeling to look back at the work we have completed and have customers tell you we have done good, quality work.
What I love the most about my job is the opportunity to work outside and always have a different task at hand. Every day is a different task, which brings different obstacles to overcome. As a crew and team we face the challenge for whatever is needed for that day.
