I love the flexibility and the diversity of responsibilities. Work Planning provides the opportunity to do so many different things – one day you might be creating a map with ArcGIS, and the next you might be out in the Right of Way riding trails on a UTV. We work with clients, landowners, and different team members throughout the company. We get to travel and experience different regions of the country. And we work outside which is usually a plus. There’s no better work environment than outside with the sun on your face. My personal favorite perk is stopping to eat some wild berries or making friends with a landowner’s dog.
